President Trump

Daily Jot: Now for the noise – Bill Wilson – www.dailyjot.com

The hill is alive with the sounds of impeachment. Everywhere you turn, except sports stations, you’re going to hear the clanging cymbals of this analyst or that, this so-called journalist or that, this deep-stater or that, pontificating about the latest testimony. Just remember: this hearing is staged and controlled to the extent to turn American public opinion against the president. This is a historic moment. A political coup attempt is in play. This is something Americans should speak out against and stand against on principal, not politics. The deep state, non-elected bureaucrats and socialists should not be able to remove a president for getting in their way no matter the political party. This is about your country.

Getting prepared for the Rapture

The Greatest Sign Of All

God stepped out of Heaven over 2,000 years ago and took upon Himself the flesh of His creation … mankind. He was the new Adam, born of a virgin girl, come to provide salvation to all who would come to Him by faith. There was no grand entrance upon this world except for a few souls, but all the signs were there for those who paid attention to Scripture. In a lowly manger He was christened with gold, frankincense and myrrh for His life as the Son of Man.

5 Perils of Denying Jesus’ Future Reign

I could not have written this article several months ago. Although I had no doubts about the biblical truth of premillennialism, I did not fully comprehend the perils of denying Jesus’ thousand year’ reign over the nations of the world as described in Revelation 20:1-10 and Zechariah 14. The denial of Jesus’ rule over a restored Israel is known as amillennialism.

Prelude to the Tribulation

My assertion regarding the nearness of the day of the Lord does not stem from a comparison of the peril in years past to that of today. Our time in history is unique because of the abundance of biblical signs telling us that the biblical period of time known as the tribulation is rapidly approaching. It’s what many refer to it as a “convergence” of signs, all shouting to us that the Lord is coming soon!

The Signs Scream with Both Peril and Hope

Nature groans in pain and so do believers as we wait in eager anticipation of the completion of our salvation when Jesus comes to take us home. For those paying attention, world events scream with great danger for those who do not know Jesus as their Savior. For those who trust Him, we await the sound of the trumpet and shout of an archangel.

Prophecy clock moves forward with Iran

An Iranian-backed attack on Saudi Arabian oil interests moves the end time prophecy clock forward. Iran-allied Houthi rebels in neighboring Yemen claimed credit for the attack, saying they sent 10 drones to strike the facilities. Some sources say, however, that the attack could have been launched from an Iranian-controlled area in Iraq. Iran is, in alignment with its ongoing pattern, denying any responsibility and says it is prepared to go to war with the US. In mid-June, two oil tankers were attacked in the Gulf of Oman and Iran was accused of being the culprit. This prompted President Trump to send an additional 1,000 troops to the Middle East and put American military on high alert.

First, the Middle East has reached a boiling point. In just two days, Israel attacked targets in Gaza, Iraq, Syria and Lebanon. All of these nations are mentioned in end-of-the-age prophecies, and all of them are currently in a state of high alert.

The Iraqi and Lebanese governments called Israel’s attacks an act of war, and Hezbollah (in Lebanon) threatened to attack Israel.

Iran moved troops closer to Israel’s border with Syria and said Israel will pay a price for its actions.

End Times Complacency Spreading Through The Church

Because Jesus hadn’t come, many Christians began to openly doubt whether He ever would. Why? I believe there are at least two reasons. First, we live in a culture that demands instant gratification. We don’t like to wait as little as two minutes for a microwave to cook a meal it took our grandparents half a day to prepare. We’re impatient, and we’re used to getting what we want when we want.
