First, on July 3, 2018, it was reported that an Iranian Brigadier General accused Israel and one other unidentified country of stealing Iran’s clouds and snow. He believes the severe drought that has plagued Iran for several years is the result of Israel using a weapon to keep it from raining in Iran.
