In the New Testament, we read that \u201cwe have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth into a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts\u201d (II Pet. 1:19).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We also read that \u201call Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness\u201d (II Tim. 3:16);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We also read that \u201cprophecy came not in old time by the will of man; but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost\u201d (II Pet. 1:21).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I believe these verses are saying God used men who excelled in their relationship with Him to write the Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
God was the revealer, and they were the secretaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have often said the Scriptures reveal God\u2019s will for our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All Scripture, including the prophetic Scriptures, were given by Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
God wants people to understand the times so they will know what to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
People would do well (be wise) to pay attention to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I want to encourage leaders to understand the times so His people can know what to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here are some recent current events that seem to indicate that time is short:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nOne,<\/strong> concerning false accusers at the end of the age: during his confirmation hearing for U.S. Sec. of Defense, Pete Hegseth was viciously attacked for past moral lapses \u2013 some that he admitted and some that he said were false \u2013 but he prevailed and actually gained some very important support for his confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDuring his opening statement, Hegseth boldly confirmed his faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hegseth said:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- \u201cThank you to my incredible wife Jennifer, who has changed my life and been with me throughout this entire process. I love you, sweetheart, and I thank God for you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- And as Jenny and I pray together each morning, all glory \u2014 regardless of the outcome \u2014 belongs to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His grace and mercy abound each day. May His will be done.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Two,<\/strong> concerning an increase in knowledge at the end of the age: on Jan. 15, 2025, it was reported that China attracted global attention by demonstrating a CASBOT 1 robot (nicknamed Wednesday) at the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe computer in CASBOT 1 can perform 550 trillion operations per second.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is another sign that knowledge is increasing.)<\/p>\n\n\n\nThree,<\/strong> concerning world government: on Jan. 15, 2025, on The Common Sense Show, Dave Hodges posted a short video titled \u201cTArtificial Intelligenceet al., Are Dead in The Water.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\nHodges said, \u201cDonald Trump is getting us out of the WHO; soon we are going to be out of the IMF, something I am not at liberty to talk about, but I am telling you this financial reset is coming. I will leave it there. A couple of more days, we will be putting this out \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(My opinion:<\/strong> I have often said the U.S. should leave these globalist organizations. Whether this happens or not I don\u2019t know, But I do know that world government is coming. I believe we are close; the globalist goal is 2030 or sooner if possible; Ten Kings \u2013 leaders \u2013 will be given power before the Antichrist confirms the covenant, the Rapture will take place before the Antichrist rises to power, and the U.S. will surrender its sovereignty to the Antichrist\u2019s world government. I do know that the Restrainer is still working, and He is probably impacting Trump\u2019s policies. Trump\u2019s nominee for Treasury Sec.,<\/p>\n\n\n\nScott Bessent told the U.S. Senate:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Americans are barreling towards an economic crisis at year\u2019s end.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Americans will face the largest tax increase in history, a crushing 4 trillion tax hike.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The U.S. will be facing an economic calamity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Outgoing Treasury Sec. Janet Yellen disagrees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
(My opinion:<\/strong> I don\u2019t know who is right, but I believe a U.S. economic collapse would trigger a global economic collapse, and that will be after the Rapture.)<\/p>\n\n\n\nFive,<\/strong> on Jan. 14-15, several world leaders and influencers gathered at Mar-a-Lago to pray for America, Pres. Trump, the peace of Jerusalem, and to worship God.<\/p>\n\n\n\nOne of the main prayer concerns was to petition God that the Trump administration will not attempt to divide the land of Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During two days of prayer and worship, the group also prayed for other nations, leaders, people, and the release of the kidnapped hostages that Hamas is holding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Six,<\/strong> concerning the Abraham Accords, which may be a stepping stone to a covenant of peace with many in the Middle East: on Jan. 15, 2025, it was reported that Trump said his incoming administration would look to further the Abraham Accord agreements following the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n(More:<\/strong> On Jan. 20, 2025, Mike Evans \u2013 Founder and Pres. of Friends of Zion \u2013 said, \u201cOne of the first things you\u2019re going to have with Donald Trump is peace with Saudi Arabia. This is the crown jewel of the Abraham Accords, and he\u2019s going to bring that, and it\u2019s going to be significant for the State of Israel. - We\u2019ve made it very clear to the Israelis, and I want the people of Israel to hear me on this\u2014if they need to go back in, we\u2019re with them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If Hamas doesn\u2019t live up to the terms of this agreement, we are with them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Hamas is not going to continue as a military entity and it certainly is not going to govern Gaza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Eight,<\/strong> on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025, it was reported that a ceasefire and hostage release agreement, which is still in the final stages of approval with Israeli officials, is set to go into effect on Sunday, the day before Trump is inaugurated as the 47th President of the U.S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n(Note:<\/strong> Implementation of phase I of the agreement is set to begin on Sunday, but it is a three-phase agreement that will not be completed for at least six weeks.)<\/p>\n\n\n\nNine,<\/strong> on Jan. 16, 2025, just hours after it was reported that a ceasefire agreement had been reached, a senior Hamas official promised that Hamas would attack Israel again in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n(Note:<\/strong> Muslims believe it is okay to lie if the lie advances their goal of taking over the world.)<\/p>\n\n\n\nTen,<\/strong> concerning the ceasefire agreement: on Jan. 17, 2025, Joel Rosenberg (editor-in-chief of All Israel News and All Arab News), asked, \u201cWhy is Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu agreeing to a deal that provides so many painful and costly concessions to Hamas, even at the risk of far-right members of his government quitting and risking his coalition\u2019s collapse?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\nRosenberg\u2019s response to his own question was,\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Two reasons:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- First, Netanyahu wants all of our hostages back without surrendering to Hamas, as do 70% of the Israeli people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Second, Netanyahu has incoming President Donald J. Trump\u2019s personal and public assurances and that of Trump\u2019s most senior advisors \u2013 that the new U.S. administration will fully back Israel in crushing Hamas and never allow the terror group to rule Gaza again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- Digital ID systems that have already been implemented in other countries are typically tied to the financial system, allowing the government to track one\u2019s spending habits as well as their movement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Trump signed an executive order removing all restrictions on U.S. weapons shipments to Israel.)<\/p>\n\n\n\nFYI:<\/strong> God does not send anyone to Hell (all of us are born with a sin nature and destined to go to Hell because we sin), but God has provided a way (Jesus) for everyone to go to Heaven (and He is the only way to get there; John 14:6).<\/p>\n\n\n\nFinally, are you Rapture Ready?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nIf you want to be rapture ready and go to heaven, you must be born again (John 3:3). God loves you, and if you have not done so, sincerely admit that you are a sinner; believe that Jesus is the virgin-born, sinless Son of God who died for the sins of the world, was buried, and raised from the dead; ask Him to forgive your sins, cleanse you, come into your heart and be your Saviour; then tell someone that you have done this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
