3. Stand up or sit in a relaxed position while facing forward. Slowly move the head to the right and move your neck forward while not moving your shoulders. You are going to feel your neck muscles tighten up. Slowly relax this position and then do exactly the same on the left side. Repeat this exercise a few times.

4. Press the forehead gently with your hands. Let your neck muscles and head resist it. Remain in this position for a few seconds and then relax. You can perform the same exercise simply by placing the palms on the back of your head as well as on the sides cupping the ears.

5. One of the most helpful double chin exercises will be to stand or sit down comfortably and slowly open your mouth just as wide as you are able to. You could stick out your tongue as well. Remain in the posture for a few seconds then repeat.

6. Lay down on your stomach. Put your head on a pillow and slowly tilt your head backwards. This stretches the neck and is a very good exercise for a double chin.
