Everyone is busy, but considering what is at risk, creating time for working out needs to become a main concern right at this moment. 3. Live a healthy way of life

Genes play huge roles in a person's health, but genetics do not certainly influence what you will eat at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and the category of action that you will be involved in.

And so, if your existence won't be healthy, chances are, you can never become a fitness model.

4. Gain a "positive self image"
